Work on schedule at two Westcliff health centres

RESIDENTS in Westcliff will have access to brand new healthcare facilities from next month when two new primary care centres open.

Building work has been going on for a year at 185 to 191 North Road and 50 Valkyrie Road and both sets of keys are due to be handed over to NHS South Essex in November.

The centres, costing £18million, will see a range of services under one roof, including GPs, a pharmacy, blood taking and community nursing services.

The leaflet in the Doctors states 2013 as the opening date.
