A MAJOR road was closed off while a jury was taken to see the site of a crash where a young man was killed.
Charlie Morris, 26, was a passenger in a Vauxhall Corsa that smashed into the Victoria House Corner roundabout in London Road, Hadleigh, on October 22, 2006.
The driver of the car, David Bissmire, 19, pleaded guilty to causing Mr Morris's death after his car clipped the curb and hit the memorial clock in the centre of the roundabout.

Their two friends, Duncan Rowland, 18, and Sam Lebeau, 19, now stand trial at Basildon Crown Court accused of causing death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing bodily harm. They plead not guilty.
Rowland, of Charminster Road, London, and Lebeau, of Longhill Road, London, are alleged to have been racing back from the seafront at 12.30am that day when tragedy struck.
The London Road was closed by police from about noon until 1pm while the jury went to look at the scene.
