THE driver of the Porsche that killed eight-year-old Ryan Fleming in Maldon last year has pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.
Gary Reader, 32, of Newbridge Road, Tiptree, admitted the charge at Chelmsford Crown Court this morning.
Reader also admitted a charge of aggravated vehicle taking.
Both he and Tim Smith, 19, of Washington Road, Maldon, who was a passenger in the car at the time and pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking last month, will be sentenced next month.

Regardless of the term of imprisonment that he will get, he will see and hear that appalling accident for the rest of his life.
RIP the little lad because the suffering for many will never end.
If you act irresponsible then these are the consequences, I have no sympathy for the defendants whatsoever.
