Five police cars swarm to Caribbean and escort man out
Five police cars have been seen driving in convoy to a house, before officers escorted a man out.
The cars were spotted driving in convoy to Station Road, Westcliff, at 12.10pm today.
Witnesses described seeing ten police men get out and escort a man out of the building.
It is not though that this incident is connected to the armed police in Cliff Avenue, Westcliff.
A spokesman from Essex Police said: "Police were called to an address in Station Road, Westcliff, following reports a woman had been assaulted.
"A 28-year-old man from Westcliff was arrested on suspicion of assault and is currently in custody for questioning."
