Man left with life changing injuries after Aveley stabbing
A man has been left with life changing injuries after he was stabbed in Aveley last night.
The 35-year-old man was attacked just after 9pm in Shannon Way near Belhus Park.
man suffered a number of stab wounds, broken jaw, nose and eye sockets.
The victim is being treated at a London hospital.
Essex Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen anything of the incident last night.
A spokesman for Essex Police, said: "We need any witnesses to the assault or anyone else who has any information to contact detectives at Grays CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
