DELIGHTED Nathan Jenkins is planning a plush holiday abroad with his girlfriend after winning more than £61,000 playing bingo.

Nathan, 22, from Eastwood, played only his fourth game of bingo at the Mecca Club in Greyhound Way on Friday, June 6, when he completed a full house in 40 numbers.

Mecca confirmed he won the National Bingo Game Prize of £60,000, a regional prize of of £1,877 and the house prize of £158.

He said: "I didn't quite believe I'd won it at first and it took a good few days for it to sink in.

"My girlfriend couldn't believe it either.

"I don't know where we're going on holiday yet, but it will be somewhere nice abroad. After that I want to save most of the money."

My suggestion would be to have a nice holiday then get yourself down a casino and stick £50,000 on RED and you will double your money.
