Bring back National Service, leave the EU and stop all foreign aid, make riding on the pavement a custodial offence and bring back the birch ....

"Anyone with information can contact officers at Basildon police station on 101. " a month on and police are asking for information. I'd hope if anyone saw anything that they'd have reported it by now. The description fits a large number of men in Basildon!

I think riding on the pavement is as serious an offence as attempting to abduct a child/ teenager according to Olivia.

She didn't get the number plate as the car was parked on the other side of the road, it was too dark and she was in shock. He didn't try to drag her in the either but was very inappropriate in his conduct with her.

Maybe that was the last thing she was thinking whilst trying to get away, not everyone would think straight whilst under so much stress. And theres nothing to say it was reported a month late this is just when the efit is in the echo. School where told so it must have been reported before
