Detectives seek to return stolen goods

Detectives are looking to reunite property they have recovered from following a raid on a house.

It cames after officers carried out a warrant at a house in Southchurch Road, Southend, and arrested a man and a woman.

They recovered a grey Diamond Back mountain bicycle, an assortment of sweets and a number of model trains which they are now hoping to return to their rightful owners.

The 49-year-old woman from Southend and the 31-year-old man from Nottingham were later released on police bail until Wednesday, December 12 pending further enquiries.

Anyone who believes the items shown belong to them should contact detective at Southend police station on 101.
