Indecent exposure on train: Man hands himself in

A MAN has handed himself in to police following an incident where a teenage girl was indecently exposed to on a train.
Police launched an investigation after the offence was reported on a train travelling between Southend Central and Fenchurch Street on October 17.
The victim was a 16-year-old girl.
A 38-year-old man from Basildon has now been questioned on suspicion of outraging public decency.
He has been reported for the offence and is set to appear before magistrates court.
