Police car crashes into council offices
A POLICE car crashed into Rochford District Council's offices this morning.
The marked vehicle collided with a Mercedes in East Street at about 10am before careering into the building.
No one was injured.

Soon we will be in real problems when we will have monkeys enforcing the law?
If they continue to cut Policing budgets and reduce Police starting pay by £4000 which will mean we pay peanuts it follows the statement pay peanuts you only get monkeys !

However, what if he was driving on lights and sirens, to reports of someone being held at gunpoint, when the Mercedes didn't check their mirrors and pulled out on him.... the person being held at gunpoint was your other half/parent/child...

Surely there was someone closer - maybe from Benfleet or Canvey police stations?
