Two arrested after Westcliff crash

TWO people were arrested after a late night crash in Westcliff.
Shortly after 10pm on Monday, December 10 the grey Fiat Sciento smashed into a telegraph pole in Hamlet Court Road.
Police were called and arrested a 51-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, both from Southend, on suspicion of motoring offences.
Both are still being questioned at Rayleigh police station.
