was it an ASUS rather than an ASES or was it perhaps an ACER?

Never heard of ASES - a quick alleged corporate tax evading search engine search reveals American Solar Energy Society or American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons though.

I don't think the Echo knows its ASES from its elbow

Hope he struggles with Window 8 cos its so hard touching the screen the icons and programmes into corners and it dont move like they do with my Ipad or Iphone 5. Maybe after 12 hours tring to work out Windows 8 he might take it back to the store, Should have nicked a better laptop than an ASUS, why didnt he go for the Dell XPS 12 and given himself a headache as i still aint mastered it since xmas.
