7:10pm Tuesday 22nd October 2013 in Local News
A MAN has failed to complete any of his unpaid work given as a punishment for a road rage attack.
William Sartin, 21, was sentenced to 120 hours of community service on June 26 assaulting another driver in High Road, Pitsea on October 23 last year. He was also ordered to pay his victim compensation. In August, he was given a further 25 hours for breaching the order.
At Southend Magistrates Court he admitted failing to attend two appointments.
Sartin, of Watlington Road, Benfleet, was sentenced to an additional 40 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 costs after magistrates warned it was his last chance.
