I will tell you what is disturbing me, there are many reports lately of house burglaries, whereby doors are actually getting smashed in, sometimes with people actually indoors when it is happening!!!

The thieves do not seem to be going for homes that are leaving windows ajar or just forcing the windows etc, they are actually smashing doors down.......

The above incident is not isolated either, there have been quite a few lately reported. One such case I heard firsthand whereby somebody was trying to get into the flat when the homeowners were both actually indoors at the time, the thieves didn't give a crap - they just continued!

Burglaries have always occurred, but doesn't it strike anybody that it seems weird that they are no long "cat burglars" but they are just going hell for leather to get in??

Massive problem with burglaries in Benfleet/Thundersley at the moment. Something drastic really needs to be done about it as it is getting worse with each month that passes.

are you thumbs upping your own comments nowadays.

You're not funny are you, only to yourself.

Here you are again minimising other people's misery. What's the matter, couldn't find any evidence of racism in the story.

Why don't you just do one...
