Fire crews tackling Crays Hill barn fire

Firefighters tackled a large barn fire in Crays Hill this morning.

Crews were called out to the farm storage building, in Bury Farm Lane, off Gardiners Lane North, Crays Hill at about 7am.

Essex Fire Service has said the building was completely alight.

Three fire engines are still on scene damping down, with the main blaze extinguished by 8.45am.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
