A SUMMER fun activity is available for children.

Youngsters can take part in the Hawk Eye walk through Leigh, hunting for clues and at the same time learning about the area’s history. Entrants get a sheet of historical clues and questions about Leigh and must fill in the answers.

There is a prize draw for correct entries submitted by August 31. Copies of the sheets cost £3 each, with proceeds going to the local Serving the Homeless charity.

To take part, call 01702 472536 or 478105.
