CHILDREN wore gowns and mortar boards to mark their last days at nursery.

Youngsters at Little Teddies Nursery, in Bowlers Croft, Basildon, were treated to a special graduation ceremony to say goodbye before they start the next stage of their education at primary school next month.

The nursery, which is rated good by Ofsted, caters for babies and children up to the age of five.
