AN EXPANDED sixth form centre is taking shape.
The steel frame that will form the main structure of Westcliff High School for Boys’ new sixth form block has been put in place by contractors, Hutton Group.
The recent expansion of the sixth form to 350 students means existing study space is no longer big enough.
The new building will provide much-needed study and social space, as well as additional classrooms for teaching.
The improved facilities are on track to be completed by March next year.
