UPDATE: Canvey Way reopened after four-car crash
CANVEY Way has reopened after a four-car crash this afternoon.
The road was shut off heading southbound following an accident near to the roundabout at Waterside Farm at around 4.30pm.
A spokesman for the ambulance service confirmed that paramedics have treated two women at the scene, one in her 40s and the other in her 20s.
Both patients are said to be conscious and breathing, and are believed to be suffering whiplash
