Police and firefighters were at the scene of a lorry fire outside Basildon police station this morning.
Fire crews from Basildon and Orsett attended the scene to extinguish the fire, which erupted from the back of lorry shredding paper at about 10.30am today.
One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire by 10.45am.
