The cause of a fire which left a house uninhabitiable has been found to be accidental.
Four crews of firefighters were called to the terraced house in St Helen's Road, Westcliff, at 6.20pm yesterday.

It took crews three hours to put out the blaze, which completely gutted the house.
The fire was caused by an electrical fault and has been recorded as accidental.
