Police are appealing for information about these three people in connection with a theft in Basildon.

Two men and a woman walked into the Boots store in Town Square.

They entered the store at around 12pm on Thursday October 5 and are said to have stolen around a four figure sum of skin care products.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt Christopher Baker at Basildon police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police also received reports of four retail units at Bluehouse Farm in Basildon being broken into at around 4.30pm on Tuesday October 3 and 9.30am on Wednesday October 4. 

The properties on London Road were broken into by smashing glass in the front doors of the buildings.

The intruder is reported to have searched the four units and stealing electrical items and cash from two of the stores.

They also caused further damage while inside.

It is not known whether they stold anything from the other two units.

The person who broke into the units was described as wearing a long sleeved coat, a baseball cap and a backpack. 

They fled the scene on a bicycle towards High Road.
