Southend Airport had launched its new Jet Centre which will cater for private jets.
The centre is expected to cater for 5,000 flights per year by 2022 and promises a "VIP experience".
Costing £1,000 per day to park your plane, you can even get a helicopter into London, with a journey time of just ten minutes.
But unless you own a private jet or use one for business, you may never get to see it. So here are some pictures.
