A 29-year-old man has been charged with raping a woman in Southend.
Chishala Bwalya, a student, from Norwich Avenue, Southend is charged with raping a 21-year-old woman in Royal Artillery Way on Sunday, December 13.
He is due to appear at Southend magistrates' court this morning, Saturday, December 26.
