Firefighters tackle blaze in garage

BASILDON fire crews were called to a fire in an underground car park this afternoon.

At 3.10pm crews were called to Stebbings in Langdon Hills where there had been some rubbish set alight in a car park underneath some flats.

It took firefighters 20 minutes to get the blaze under control with a hose and two firefighters in breathing apparatus.
