c2c trains delayed after overhead wire problems

TRAIN services have been disrupted this morning after overhead line problems near Shoebury.
It has affected all routes via Barking but they are now returning to normal.
Three trains have been delayed by up to nine minutes and the c2c website warns there may be short notice alterations.
