JAMES Duddridge has held the Rochford and Southend East seat for the Conservatives.

This disgusting "Tory Boy" doesnt' deserve to be an MP - he doesn't represent his constituents - he makes my skin cruel.

The Tories should out him and get a new representative in - he really doesn't deserve to be an MP.

I'm actually upset that people couldn't give a monkeys about his expenses and the fact he really doesn't care about any of you.

What's he done that is so much worse than other politicians? (am not defending him, am just curious to know).

It was to do with the original drugs clinic in Station Road - a few of us had e-mailed Duddridge to see if there was anything he could do to stop it going ahead in our street - I received a confirmation mail back from him saying he was looking in to the situation and would get a response back asap - however - 2 weeks later an article in the Echo appeared and the Echo had spoken to Duddrige and he said he knew nothing about the proposal - so he was either lying to the Echo or to myself about looking in to it. I really cannot tolerate liars - I think that most of these MP's should be re-elected for each constituency - it really interfered with my voting. I toed for Mr Longley this time.

If what you say is true, then I can see why you chose not to vote for Duddridge. But, despite my sympathy for the Lib-Dems at a national level, I couldn't bring myself to vote for Longley given the fact that, when he was Mayor, he commissioned the Millennium Clock without thinking to get it waterproofed, hence the fact it kept breaking down and needing expensive refurbishments (and, when I last heard, was due to be taken down to be put in storage, despite the fact it was meant to last for generations). But, even worse than that original mistake was his attempt to squirm out of the blame by blaming the subsequent Tory administration (which had been lumbered with his ****-up).

I'm LOL at my spelling error - I toed for Mr Longley - LOL - I promise I had nothing to do with his toes LOL!!

Do you know - I didn't know that about Longley - anyway - wasted vote I feel - I actually thought the Lib Dems were going to do much better on the whole.

I wonder if there will be another election soon? It's going to be strange this hung parliament and coalition business!!!

At least somebody knows that facts on the clock, shame there are so few of us.

Wonder if the Lib Dems will field a new man/woman next time round,

anyone know how many time Mr Longley has stood and failed to become an MP?
