A SHOPWORKER was taken to hospital after a gas leak left her feeling ill.
The Tesco Express store in London Road, Westcliff, closed two hours early this evening, November 17, after a woman in her 20s, who was stacking shelves, fell ill and the store manager called an ambulance after identifying a gas leak.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 8pm and the store closed just before 9pm.
