Motor madness – Mandy Rourke arrives at the Cliffs Pavilion in her specially painted car
A SHANE Richie megafan arrived in Southend with her car decorated with her hero’s face.
Mandy Rourke, 44, drove 250 miles from her home in Chorley, Lancashire, to watch the EastEnders star play Aladdin in the pantomime at the Cliffs Pavilion in Westcliff.
Just over a year ago the tattoo artist plastered pictures of Richie all over her Peugeot 306 cabriolet to raise funds for Cancer Research UK following her father’s death from the disease. Since then she has travelled across the UK to show off her wheels, including meeting 47-year-old Richie on the BBC’s The One Show in April.
