A woman in her 80s has been involved in a collision with a car in Wickford.
An ambulance crew was called to Nevendon Road at about 3.30pm today to reports of an accident involving a car and a pedestrian.
The woman was conscious and breathing and has been taken to Basildon Hospital for further treatment.
