FAMILIES are being invited to a free community day in Swanley.
Face painting, pad boxing, Zumba, a well being check and ice skating are just some of the activities on offer from 11am to 3pm.
The event is organised by Sevenoaks District Council and is being held on September 4 at Swanley Recreation Ground, in St Mary’s Road, Swanley.
Drivers can protect their car’s number plates by having tamper proof screws fitted by Kent Police and the Kent Fire and Rescue Services will be offering home safety advice.
Leader of the council, Councillor Peter Fleming, said: “The free event promises to be informative and fun for all the family giving everyone the opportunity to find out about local services on offer."
