TWO men were attacked by hooded thugs in a house in Billericay.

The attackers got into the house in Grey Lady Place, just off Stock Road, Billericay and attacked the victims, then left with several bags and boxes.

The victims – both men in their early thirties, who are believed to live at the house – were taken to hospital, following the attack, at 8pm on Saturday. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.

The attackers were all said to be white men, dressed in dark, hooded tops and jogging bottoms.

They are believed to have left the scene in a silver or white van and a second vehicle, which was red and had writing on the side.
