Car crashes into front of Leigh house

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a car smashed into the front of a house in Leigh.
Police were called to Southsea Avenue shortly after 11pm last night after the incident.
The 56-year-old woman from Westcliff is currently in police custody.

A court appearance will sober her up and she should have a short spell in prison.
She smashed into someones home and did a lot of damage (that can hopefully be repaired ... but what if she hot a small family walking near their home ... it doesn't bare thinking about!
