PETS received the star treatment when a celebrity vet worked at surgery in Rayleigh for two days this week.

TV vet Joe Inglis was at the Your Vets surgery this week, working with staff at the practice after deciding to open his own surgery within the group.

Joe appeared in reality TV show Vets in Practice, which documented his early career. He now holds regular pet clinics on Channel 5’s the Wright Stuff.

He predominantly saw cats and dogs during his time at the vets.

Practice manager at the surgery, Michelle Warwick, worked with Joe while he was at the surgery.

She said: “Having Joe on board is a real asset to the company.

“He got good feedback from clients. We are really glad to have him on board as a partner, he was really good fun to work with.”
