PEOPLE were able to find out about what dementia services Southend Council offers at a workshop.
The event took place at the Civic Centre, in Victoria Avenue and offerred residents advice about services offered for people living with demential and their carers.
Dementia Friends sessions, which encourage people to learn more about the affliction, were also held for people throughout the day.
