Police hunting Westcliff pervert

POLICE are hunting a pervert who exposed himself at a woman in Westcliff.
The 39-year-old woman was walking in Inverness Avenue on Friday around 8.30am, when the man passed by and dropped his trousers.
He then carried on walking towards West Street and was seen entering a building, although police could not find him during a search.
The man was described as white, aged in his late 20s, around 6ft 3ins tall with a slim build and long brown shabby hair, wearing a beige jumper and grey skinny jeans.
