Charge against Dale Farm protester dropped

A protester who was arrested during the Dale Farm clearance has had the case against her dropped.
Ellen Yianni, 26, of Wyndham Crescent, Hounslow, west London, appeared at Southend Magistrates' Court charged with failing to remove a face covering under the Public Order Act on October 19, during the clearance of Dale Farm.
She pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing and after hearing all of the evidence, District Judge John Woollard decided there was no case to answer.
