There have been so many times I have been crossing with my twin baby's that I have lost count where we have almost been hit. Not one party can be blamed but both must be held 50/50.
The times I have to brake to avoid people running out accross the road near the station. It was bound to happen sooner or later. They cannot be bothered to use the crossing, or they cross when the red man shows. But after all is said and done, I hope she is ok. We all just need to calm down, think and stop rushing about, and thing like this would not happen so often.
