Busy road partially blocked after two car crash
A busy road is partially blocked after an accident.
Two cars crashed at roughly 7.55am this morning on the A13 Londonbound.
The road is partially blocked after the Stanford le Hope, A1014, exit.
UPDATE: The incident was cleared at around 9:45am.
