Break down brings more woe for motorists on the A12
A broken down lorry has blocked one lane on the A12.
The break down has blocked a lane on the road heading Londonbound between J28 and J27.
Traffic is moving slow on Cybeline Way, Colchester going towards the A12.
This is a separate incident from the earlier oil spill which blocked traffic earlier this morning.
