Malcolm Buckley says Basildon has been accepting waste at Pitsea tip for 100 years and now it’s somebody else’s turn.

Praises should be heaped on him for his quote and for his concern for the local environment, but is the somebody else the Basildon Golf Course, after all Mr Buckley was the leading instigator of planning for it to be used as a tip.

He is a politician, and you know what the people think of politicians.
