THE wraps have finally come off the £25million revamp of Southend's Palace Hotel.
The Echo has been given an exclusive tour of the revamped landmark.
A total of £25million has been ploughed into the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Palace Hotel which reopens on Monday as the Park Inn Palace.
The vast seven-storey building has been stripped out and redesigned to accommodate 137 bedrooms, a large bar and dining area and new grand ballroom.
