SOUTHEND United will host Burnham Ramblers tonight in the third round of the Essex Senior Cup.

Daniel Bentley, Mark Phillips, John Spicer, David Martin and Elliot Benyon are all likely to be selected while Barry Corr should be on the bench.

“It’s a game a few players on the periphery of things need and for one for others to improve their fitness,” said Blues boss Paul Sturrock.

The game, at Roots Hall, kicks off at 7.45pm.

Admission prices have been set at £2 adults and £1 concessions.
