Rochford Hundred want to spring a surprise against Letchworth Garden City
11:00am Friday 4th January 2013 in Sport By Chris Phillips
ROCHFORD Hundred will be hoping to spring a surprise when they return to action at home to Letchworth Garden City in London One North tomorrow.
Hundred are currently bottom of the table having triumphed in just one of their 14 matches so far this season.
But they will be looking to produce an improved performance to kick start their survival hopes against a Letchworth side who are third in the table and have won 11 of their 14 outings.
Basildon are just one place above Rochford in the standings and are also facing a task tough this weekend as they host second placed Eton Manor.
Basildon go in to the game on the back of five successive defeats while, in stark contrast, Manor have won their last five games.
In London Three North East, table topping South Woodham Ferrers travel to eighth placed Wisbech and ninth placed Canvey Island host Wanstead, who are third.
Billericay also face a difficult afternoon in Essex One as the seventh placed side travel to league leaders Campion while, in Essex Two, sixth placed Stanford le Hope are at second placed Ilford Wanderers.
Also in Essex Two, Pegasus Palmerians, who are fifth, are away to third placed Thames.
