STEVE Maish has missed out on his Professional Darts Corporation tour card for 2013.
The Southend professional was unable to win one of the 12 cards available to semi-finalists at the PDC qualifying school in Wigan.
And he finished well adrift of the nine players leading the qualifying school order of merit who will also get a card.
Maish lost 6-5 to Sam Hill in the preliminary round on Thursday, ebfore going down 6-4 to Steve Coote on Friday and 6-2 to Joey Palfreyman on Saturday.
Yesterday’s final round of qualifying matches saw Maish beat Jack Tweddell 6-1 to set up a second round tie with David Dodds. But Dodds won 6-2.
