WESTCLIFF face a huge game in National Three London & SE tomorrow when they travel to Staines, the only team below them in the table.
Westcliff have not been in action for a fortnight after their game at Westcombe Park last weekend was called off because of a frozen pitch.
But they will be wanting Saturday’s game to get the go ahead as they bid to end a disappointing run of 10 straight defeats.
Westcliff will also be confident of beating a Staines team who have lost all 16 of their matches this term and are currently bottom of the table with minus three points.
However, 10th placed Thurrock face a far tougher test as they travel to Westcombe Park, who are fourth in the standings.
The Kent club have triumphed in their last five games while Thurrock head in to the match having lost eight of their last nine outings.
