SHAUN Roberts is confident Westcliff can breathe life back in to the promotion push by beating Colchester in London One North tomorrow.
Westcliff’s 21-17 defeat at Letchworth Garden City on Saturday was their fourth in six games and saw them slip off the top of the table.
But prop forward Roberts is still certain his side can bounce back to win promotion this season and is backing them to see off third placed Colchester this weekend.
“Saturday is a big game for us but we got a good result at their place earlier in the season and I'm confident we will do the same Saturday,” said Roberts.
“We have been prone to switching off at keys times in games and that is something we need to rectify tomorrow.
“But there is still a great buzz around the team and although we have lost four games now this season we are more than confident that we will turn our season round, starting on Saturday.”
Colchester are currently locked level on 49 points with Westcliff and are unbeaten in their last five games.
