RAYLEIGH'S Mark Hooper ended the PGA Championships at Wentworth on level par.
The former FitzWimarc School pupil shot one under par for the first two rounds to ensure he made the cut.
Hooper then fired a third successive 71 before finishing up with a 75 yesterday where he played alongside former US Open Champion Justin Rose.
It meant Hooper finished in tied 38th place at the end of the weekend which earned him 29.450 euros in prize money.
Fellow south Essex professional Daniel Brooks, above, from Basildon, missed the cut after finishing Friday on four-over after rounds of 76 and 72.
