Kevan Hurst - back in the starting line for Southend United
SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has made four changes to his starting line-up for this afternoon’s clash with Hartlepool at Roots Hall.
Defenders Adam Thompson and Cian Bolger have been included in the back four as the suspended Jakub Sokolik and Jerome Binnom-Williams both drop out.
Kevan Hurst has also been recalled in place of Gary Deegan while further forward Jack Payne has replaced Myles Weston who is on international action with Antigua.
Teenage centre-back Dan Matsuzaka has also been included among the substitutes for the first time.
