HADLEIGH & Thundersley will be hoping for a case of third time lucky when they host Loughton in Division One tomorrow.

Hadleigh have been beaten in their opening two games of the season.

And the team’s skipper Adam Soilleux is keen to put that right this weekend.

“I genuinely feel we haven’t had the rub of the green in the last two games,” said Soilleux.

“But these things normally even themselves out over the course of a season so we will look to capitalise when things start to go our way.

“I believe Loughton are also winless in the league so of course we are looking for the victory this weekend.

“We will also have a couple players back who were missing last week which I hope will also be able to boost us.”

At the other end of the table, early league leaders Billericay head to second from bottom Harlow.

Billericay have won both of their matches this term following promotion from Division Two and will now be keen to make it three in a row.

Third-placed Southend & EMT saw off Fives & Heronians last weekend.

And Joe Robbins’ side will now be looking to build upon their first win of the season when they host fifth-placed Upminster tomorrow.
